At Pet Tree, we consider the handling of cremated remains a sacred trust, one every staff member takes very seriously. In terms of actual handling, cremated remains have a consistency similar to beach sand.
How do I ship my cremated remains back?

How do I know you received my pet’s cremated remains?
You will receive an e-mail conformation verifying our receipt of your First Step Kit.
When do I receive my Pet Tree?
The incubation period usually lasts about 90 days; however, a tree may be held in our growing facility longer if your climate is not favorable for planting once the tree has matured, i.e. it’s winter time in your growing zone.
How do I receive my Pet Tree?
Your Pet Tree will be shipped in our patented secure shipping box along with complete planting and care instructions.
Do I need to remove the tree from the pot that it is shipped in?
No, your Pet Tree is shipped in a biodegradable pot you can place directly into the ground.
Will my Pet Tree require any specialized care?
As with all living trees, your Pet Tree will require regular watering and seasonal fertilizing. Pet Tree provides complete care instructions.
